Step-by-Step Upload Guide
1 Choose your scan type
Visit the order page and select one of three options: Plagiarism Scan (checks for copied or paraphrased content), AI Scan (detects AI-generated text), or the Combo Package (both scans at a discount).
2 Upload your document
Click the upload area or drag and drop your file. The system will automatically extract the text and calculate the number of standard pages. You will see the page count and price before paying.
3 Enter your email address
Your report will be sent to this address. Double-check for typos. No account registration is required — just a valid email.
4 Apply a discount code (optional)
If you have a discount code, enter it in the promo code field before proceeding to payment. The price will update automatically.
5 Complete payment
Pay securely via Stripe using a credit or debit card. Payment is processed over an encrypted connection. We do not store your card details.
6 Receive your report by email
Your report is typically delivered within 15 minutes. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. The report includes highlighted matches, source citations, and a similarity percentage.
Supported File Formats
Must contain selectable text. Scanned PDFs (image-only) cannot be processed. Use the "Save as PDF" function from Word or Google Docs.
DOCX / DOC
Microsoft Word formats are fully supported. DOCX is preferred. The system extracts all body text including footnotes.
ODT / TXT
LibreOffice Writer ODT files and plain text TXT files are supported. TXT files must be UTF-8 encoded for best results.
How to Calculate Standard Pages
Pricing is based on standard pages, not DIN A4 pages. One standard page equals 1,800 characters including spaces. This method is format-independent — it doesn't matter whether your document uses 12pt font, 1.5 line spacing, or wide margins.
To find your character count manually:
- Microsoft Word: Go to Review → Word Count. Look for "Characters (with spaces)".
- Google Docs: Go to Tools → Word Count (or press Ctrl+Shift+C). The dialog shows character count with spaces.
- LibreOffice Writer: Go to Tools → Word Count for character count with spaces.

How to Read Your Plagiarism Report
Your plagiarism report contains several key elements:
Overall Similarity Percentage
The headline figure showing what proportion of your document matched sources in our database. A score below 10–15% is generally considered acceptable at most institutions, but always check your university's specific guidelines.
Highlighted Matches
Passages flagged as matching are highlighted in color within your document view. Each highlight links to the source it matched. Green typically indicates low concern; yellow and red indicate closer scrutiny is needed.
Source List
Every matched source is listed with a URL or citation and the percentage of your document that matched it. Review each source: if you cited it correctly, the match is expected. If you did not, add the citation.
How to Read Your AI Detection Report
The AI detection report shows the probability that sections of your text were generated by an AI writing tool such as ChatGPT, GPT-4, Claude, or similar models.
AI Probability Score
A score from 0% to 100% indicating the likelihood that the text is AI-generated. Scores above 70% are a strong signal of AI authorship. Scores between 30–70% are ambiguous and may reflect a heavily AI-assisted writing process.
Sentence-Level Breakdown
Each sentence or paragraph is scored individually. This helps you identify specific sections that may need to be rewritten in your own voice.
Important Note on AI Detection
No AI detector is 100% accurate. False positives (human text flagged as AI) can occur, particularly with highly structured or technical writing styles. Our report is a risk indicator, not a definitive verdict.
Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, enter it on the order page before completing your payment. Codes are case-insensitive. Most reports are delivered within 15 minutes. During peak hours it can occasionally take up to 30 minutes. If you have not received your report after 45 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
